How To Get A Marriage License
Depending on the state, marriage licenses are available from government offices and/or courts. Set waiting periods between the issuance of a marriage license and the application for it exist in some states, but not all. Likewise, some states require blood tests while others do not. A person must be the age of consent, which for most states is 18, before a marriage license can be issued, unless valid parental permission is given. Legal proof of the termination of any past marriages must also be given before the issuance of a license. An online, professional records provider can be accessed to provide the official, certified copies of the government documents needed to provide this proof.
