It is quite surprising how many people don't have a clear awareness of what they want in most things that they do. Folks are often not bothered and will say just get them whatever, they don't really mind. But then when you arrive back from say the local sandwich shop then all of a sudden they quickly have an opinion about what they wanted - and guess what?
